| NO BLACK CORE |
| Forever Clay Roof Tiles’ do not have Black Core which is caused by incomplete firing in a kiln, where only the surface of the tile is “cooked” leaving carbon (or a black core) trapped on the inside of the tile. In essence, the tile is only “half baked” and moisture resistance, protection from salt intrusion, and strength will be compromised. Black Core is an indication of structural weakness in clay products. |

| All Forever Clay Roof Tile products are completely fired in our kiln for as long as 19 hours at temperatures up to 2,500 degrees. All carbon has been removed and the tiles do not have a black core. This complete firing process gives our tile its strength and resistance to damage caused by freeze-thaw conditions, excessive moisture or salt intrusion. |

| Forever Clay Roof Tiles’ are designed to stand up against the harshest elements, including earthquakes, heavy rain, strong wind, fire and freeze-thaw conditions. Our tiles are rated Grade 1 according to ASTM C1167 industry standards. |

| WIND RESISTANCE |
| One Piece "S" Roman can be installed in areas of wind up to 155 MPH such as Guam or the Caribbean or 135 MPH in the Metro-Dade County. In Fact our Tiles have withstood winds up to 170 MPH. |
